The end of this week saw level 1 poured, the ground floor drainage approved, the ground floor being backfilled and compacted, and scaffolding start to go up on the North Eastern side of the building!

Monark from a distance! The tower crane is holding up a panel up whilst the props are connected to take over and hold it up.

Its been full steam ahead this week; getting the transformer onto site and installed, and the showroom apartment looking amazing with the bathroom nearing completion and internal door going in.
Cables being installed in the newly dug trench.
Once the cables are in they will be covered in pea metal.
The Sunset West transformer has now arrived!
The first sliding door has now been installed. These doors have been getting lots of admiration from the Team!
Tiling has now been completed in the showroom apartment. Next is the first coat of paint on the ceiling.
Trenching for the transformer ducting is happening in our now empty yard in anticipation of the building getting power.
